Rebar Detailing

The above rebar details are of a school building in saudi arabia. The school had nine buildings out of which two buildings are in our scope. The total area of the school was 110000 sq.m. The Scope of work was to develop a 3d model of the structural elements and do rebar detailing.

The Inputs we received were the structural drawings, architectural drawings and typical rebar details. 

From the inputs received from the clients, we sorted all the essential details. A detailed analysis was done, and once this was completed, our team developed a plan of action for the projects.

• First, we developed the structural 3d model of the structure using the Revit software. 
• Once the structural model was finalized we did rebar detailing.
• A detailed audit and clash check of the model was done. 
• Per the necessary country and detailing standards received from the clients, we generated the shop drawings.
• A detailed audit of the drawings was done before the final submission.
