Residential Point Cloud to BIM

These are the projects in which our client wanted us to create a parametric As-Built BIM Model for residential buildings. Since these projects were related to the renovation of old buildings, our client's provided us the point cloud files and as-built drawings. With a team of experienced professionals, we covered all the areas and elements of the project along with BIM Model and clash-detection. 

The Inputs we received from the clients were the design drawings which helped us to evaluate and prepare a plan to start the projects. For these projects, we used the software Revit, which was the core need and demand. With regular coordination with our clients and sharing the update of the work, we were able to create proper SOPs that worked parallel with the project offsite and onsite.
