Structural Steel Pipe Rack

The above structure is pipe rack structure erected to  support gas pipelines of a plant. The Scope of work was to develop a 3d model of the pipe rack  which was further used for generating erection and shop drawings.

The Inputs we received were the structural drawings and connection details. 

From the inputs received from the clients, we sorted all the essential details. A detailed analysis was done, and once this was completed, our team developed a plan of action for the projects.

• First, we developed a 3d model of the structure using the Advance Steel software. 
• A detailed audit and clash check of the model was done. 
• Once the model was finalized, the naming of the elements was done.
• Per the necessary country and detailing standards received from the clients, we generated the workshop and erection drawings.
• A detailed audit of the drawings was done before the final submission
